Cursive share "Wounded Animal," first new song since Devourer

Cursive released "Wounded Animal" on September 28, the band's first new song since the 2024 album Devourer. It is part of the soundtrack to Who's Watching, the found-footage horror feature that marks frontman Tim Kasher's directorial debut.

The soundtrack arrives October 30 on 15 Passenger. It folds in more than Cursive: several tracks come from Toxic Cock Syndrome, a fictional metal band built for the film with Jonah Ray, Josh Etheir, and Radkey's Isaiah Radke and Darrion Lewis. Kasher plays guitar and sings backup on those recordings, and he scored the film himself.

Who's Watching is out now digitally and in a limited theatrical run. Kasher has been playing acoustic Cursive mini-sets at screenings, and his solo project home phone released Sponges Of Experience earlier this year. That is the full schedule for now.
