Kim Deal announces Live At The Barbican live album and concert film

Kim Deal is releasing Live At The Barbican, a live album and concert film of her March 2025 London show, on 4AD on 13 November 2026. A seven-minute trailer for the film is out now. Cuan Roche directed the concert film.

The Barbican set paired Deal with a 25-piece musical ensemble, running orchestral arrangements of songs from her 2024 album Nobody Loves You More alongside the Breeders' back catalogue. Deal has described how it came together: she had worked with Chris Sharp at 4AD and knew he was then at the Barbican, so she got in touch. "I have orchestration on this record. I would love to be able to perform these songs with an actual orchestra," she says she told him. He said yes.

The album and film both arrive 13 November 2026, and the trailer is streaming ahead of that.
