Serj Tankian joins Tom Morello for Audioslave cover at Power to the People

Serj Tankian walked out with Tom Morello at Power to the People Festival on October 3, 2026. The System of a Down frontman and the festival's organizer ran through two songs: their collaborative single "Adjourn It" and a cover of Audioslave's "Like a Stone."

Morello dedicated "Like a Stone" to Chris Cornell, the late Soundgarden and Audioslave frontman. "If he was with us, he'd be with us," Morello said from the stage. Audioslave was Morello, Cornell, Tim Commerford and Brad Wilk; "Like a Stone" was the band's biggest commercial hit.

No other dates or releases from either artist are announced.
