Sombr brings out Lindsey Buckingham for "Go Your Own Way" at the Kia Forum

Sombr brought Lindsey Buckingham out at the Kia Forum in LA on Saturday night to play "Go Your Own Way," the Rumours song Buckingham wrote and sang. Earlier in the same set, Jesse Rutherford came up to sing the Neighbourhood's "Sweater Weather."

Buckingham has been in Sombr's corner for months. In April he called Sombr "extremely talented, especially for being only 20 years old." In August he handed Sombr the Songwriter Of The Year Award at the Power Of Young Hollywood event, and said the two had been talking, with Sombr naming Buckingham's influence on his own music.

Earlier Saturday, Sombr released "Homewrecker (Reimagined Live From Sound City)," an alternate version of his single cut live at the LA studio. The track features Nickel Creek (Chris Thile, Sara Watkins, Sean Watkins), Benny Bock and Sebastian Steinberg.

The reimagined "Homewrecker" is out now. The Forum set stood alone.
