Andy Stott announces first album in five years, Late Loop
The Manchester producer returns October 30 with eight tracks, stripped of bass and effects except delay.
BY JOLT Staff · Sep 2 2026 · 1 min readAndy Stott has revealed Late Loop, his first LP in five years. It has eight tracks and drops October 30 via Modern Love.
Late Loop includes vocals by Alison Skidmore and Elaine Howley. Skidmore sang on Stott's 2014 cut "Faith In Strangers," and Howley is new to his circle. Her voice fronts the opening track "Something In My Mind."
Stott made the record without bass, without reverb, and without any effects except a delay unit, which strips away his usual dense layering.
Late Loop is up for preorder now. Apple Music has the release scheduled for October 30.
