Richard Skelton and Lawrence English announce first collaborative LP, NOON

Richard Skelton and Lawrence English have announced NOON, their first collaborative album. Phantom Limb releases it on 20 November 2026, and it runs four long-form tracks. A video for the lead cut, 'Sprites', is out now.

The pair started talking in 2021, during a stretch when Australia was flooding and storms were hitting Ireland's Atlantic coast. Those environments are the material. In a statement, Skelton and English describe NOON as 'a palindrome of listening practices and experimentation, and moreover as a shared temporal marker that reminds us of the vastly finite turnings of our world.'

Both artists have long histories in drift and field recording. This is their first full record together rather than a split or a one-off. The album and the 'Sprites' video are both out, with the LP following on Phantom Limb in November.
