Sylvie announces debut album New Season, shares "Rina"

Sylvie, the Los Angeles project of Ben Schwab, has announced debut album New Season, out November 6th via Ghostly International. The album started in Schwab's home studio and finished at Abbey Road Studios in London.

Leading the announcement is new single "Rina," which features Alex Amen. The song was originally written by Schwab's father, John Schwab of Mad Anthony. "It was tough to record because I wanted to honor the original my dad wrote while bringing something new to it," Schwab said, adding that the track's subject, Rina, reminds him of "beauty and strength found in people the world overlooks."

Guests on New Season include Sierra Ferrell, Courtney Marie Andrews, and Kacy Lee Anderson. Nothing else about the album's tracklist or runtime is announced yet.
