Whippets announce No Skulls, share two tracks

Whippets have revealed their second album, No Skulls, due October 2 via No Coast. With the announcement, the group released two tracks, "These Woods" and "Nothing New"; "These Woods" kicks off the record.

The Minneapolis group is fronted by Bobby Hussy, who also leads Madison garage-punk band Wristwatch. Wristwatch released their album III on New Year's Day. Earlier, Whippets put out "Nothing New" as the lead single.

Tour dates span October 2026 through February 2027, beginning in Minneapolis at Zhora Darling and moving through Madison, Chicago, and Indianapolis prior to a European leg featuring Berlin, Hamburg, Köln, Paris, plus a Netherlands date at Vera in Groningen. A number of dates remain marked as TBA.

No other details regarding No Skulls have been revealed.
